If, one visits the internet, homeopathy related websites are being touted to be effective in managing the symptoms of learning disabilities by ‘healing the mind’. Even the lists of homeopathic medicines are available on the net for children with learning disabilities.

Many parents are turning to homeopathic treatment for learning disabilities ever since Indian Health Ministry is promoting homeopathy as a recognized alternative healing system.  However, most parents soon get disappointed but do not complain. Even many quacks and home remedy systems have been selling camel’s milk  on the sly as a treatment for learning disabilities.

Texas is bringing Cursive writing back next school year.

Districts that cut cursive classes have kept teaching it to students with dyslexia. Manor ISD’s dyslexia coordinator says it stimulates brain function, helps with memory, and allows students to focus on whole words instead of individual letters.
