No not the rock in Spain that the UK claims as part of their world, but the school district in Wisconsin.
In October 2019, IDA-WI did a dyslexia simulation and awareness presentation to the Gibraltar School District. This past summer, the district chose to train all of its teachers using Orton-Gillingham, a structured literacy approach that is explicit, sequential, systematic and multisensory.
Let the Gibraltar School District set an example that all Wisconsin schools can follow in choosing to train their teachers using science-based instructional methods to improve outcomes for all students. Our children are depending on us.

Kids with dyslexia can break from school work to swing on ropes and balance on planks at Bodine School in Germantown
That’s thanks to Ethan Furr who spent his summer building an obstacle course at the school.
Furr, 15, built a low challenging outdoor personal experience (COPE) course for Bodine School, a transition school for kids with dyslexia, as his Eagle service project for Boy Scouts of America.

A new Yale study offers encouraging news. In the study, researchers at the Yale Center for Dyslexia & Creativity found that Yale College graduates identified as dyslexic did just as well on a variety of academic, social, and career measures as peers with typical reading skills both during their undergraduate years and after graduation.
