There is a long debate going on about how video games could help cure or improve dyslexia. The emphasis here is on how dyslexia is related to attention deficit rather than hearing issues. But, spoiler alert, here is the consensus: “Further study is required to truly gauge the impact that video games could have on dyslexia treatment. Certainly it’s too early for children to be abandoning traditional therapy in favour of lengthy Minecraft sessions.”

High blood-pressure and Dyslexia

New research and some piecing together of previous data, indicates that children with a high blood pressure have a higher likelihood of having ADHD. Even when the researchers took out ADHD as a factor, children with high blood pressure were still found to have more learning disabilities. So should we get our children with higher blood pressure examined for learning disabilities immediately?
