Well there is no direct correlation here. In the link however you’ll find the story of a woman with dyslexia who made mistakes writing the correct temperatures on a chart and was subsequently dismissed by a large coffee chain. She claimed she was not doing anything wrong but it was the consequence of her dyslexia. The court agreed that the coffee chain had not made appropriate accommodations for her disability.

Dyslectics cannot donate sperm?!

Well this will be a controversial story. The largest UK sperm bank apparently has determined that dyslectics cannot donate sperm, in their words :  to ‘minimize genetic diseases or malformations’ in new born children.

You are also not welcome with ADD, autism and Asperger’s!

The case is being reviewed as there are some rules about discrimination and those will need to be examined.

Eary intervention necessary for Dyslexia

“If the persistent achievement gap between dyslexic and typical readers is to be narrowed, or even closed, reading interventions must be implemented early, when children are still developing the basic foundation for reading acquisition,” said Emilio Ferrer, a UC Davis psychology professor, in a news release.
