No this is not a new drug or the name of a mysterious procedure, this is the indication of a bill, introduced in the US congress by Bill Casidy.

Here is what it says:

Calling on schools and State and local educational agencies to recognize that dyslexia has significant educational     implications that must be addressed.

Now I wonder who could disagree with this. Also I wonder when they will be voting on it.
